Built for UK recruitment & staffing agencies
Gross margin per consultant net of salary, pipeline-to-placement, and bill rate vs cost.
Just ask.
Bullhorn dominates the UK agency market, but it doesn’t hold your GL and it doesn’t hold consultant salary. Pillar joins Bullhorn to Xero/QuickBooks and your payroll, so the MD asks "what’s my margin per consultant?" and gets a cited answer in seconds.

Bullhorn covers most UK agencies day one. Mercury xRM is reachable via its Dataverse foundation. Contract pay-and-bill back-offices (RSM InTime, ETZ, Evertime) connect via REST — older platforms (RDB ProNet) via their database.

Common questions for Recruitment & staffing
Bullhorn already has dashboards and analytics. Why Pillar?
Bullhorn reports inside Bullhorn. The questions that actually break are the ones that cross systems: margin per consultant needs the ATS, the GL and payroll together; source-of-hire ROI needs the CRM and your billed revenue reconciled; concentration needs every system at once. That join — ATS + back-office + payroll + GL — is what we do. Where Bullhorn analytics already answers a question, we leave it alone.
Candidate data is sensitive. How does this work under GDPR?
Infrastructure is EU-hosted. Every answer carries a grounded citation (tables, columns, filters and time window), metric definitions are versioned, and AI-proposed definitions need human approval before they reach a number. We work from the operational fields the firm already holds in its ATS and payroll — no scraping, no enrichment, no candidate-PII surfaced into the answer layer beyond what the user is already entitled to see in the source system.
We’ve grown by acquisition and our ATS estate is mixed — Bullhorn here, Vincere there, an old database somewhere.
That is the value, not a blocker. We connect each acquired book on its own terms — Bullhorn and Vincere via API, a legacy desktop ATS via its database or a scheduled CSV — and normalise placements, fees and consultants into one governed metric set. Heavier onboarding once; one consolidated firm number every month after.
We don’t have a data team.
You don’t need one. No warehouse, no data engineer. Connect Bullhorn (or your ATS), your accounting and payroll, and ask. The partner gets the consultant P&L instead of waiting for finance to rebuild the spreadsheet.
