Pillar exists because growing companies deserve the same visibility that Fortune 500s have — without stitching together five tools or waiting six months for a first dashboard.
We started Pillar after watching the same pattern play out again and again: companies with €2M to €30M in revenue generate enormous amounts of data across HubSpot, Xero, Shopify, Stripe, Salesforce, Zendesk — but can't see any of it in one place. Their CEOs piece together board decks from CSV exports. Their CFOs wait three weeks for a cash forecast. Their ops teams run on gut feel.
The existing solutions were built for a different market. Snowflake and Databricks assume you already have a data platform team in place. Looker and Power BI assume you already have a warehouse. Fivetran and Airbyte solve ingestion but leave transformation and dashboards to you. None of them speak directly to the company that just needs to see its numbers clearly.
So we built the opposite: an opinionated, end-to-end platform where you connect your tools once and get executive dashboards within 24 hours. Ready on day one, no warehouse project, no six-month implementation. Just data that's clean, unified, and ready to act on — and when you do hire a data team, they inherit a running platform instead of starting from zero. The whole point: nobody on your payroll should be stuck maintaining pipelines when they could be answering questions.
Everything we build is guided by a single principle: dashboards are what customers buy, not infrastructure. Our job is to make the infrastructure invisible.

Your data is yours
EU-hosted, encrypted end-to-end, never sold, never used to train anyone else's models. You own it, you can export it at any time, and we delete it within 30 days of account closure.
Honest pricing
One transparent price per plan. No seat-based escalation, no hidden usage fees, no "contact us" tier. If you outgrow us, we'll tell you.
A note from the founder
I spent ten years watching good companies make bad decisions not because they lacked ambition, but because they lacked visibility. Spreadsheets break, reporting rhythms slip, dashboards grow stale between quarterly pushes. Every CEO I spoke to wanted the same thing: a single place where the numbers are right, up to date, and tell a clear story.
